A Total Waste of Money

I try not to get "political" on my blog but when I say how much money is being spent on the stupid Minnesota marriage amendment I just couldn't shut up. The catholic church has spent or donated $750,000 -- 3/4 of a million dollars. Now if you ignore the fact that they are a non profit and suppose to not be political I can't help but think how many people would have been helped with $750,000. Between the two sides almost $3 million dollars has been spent (or donated) for this cause. I just think it is sad. The "slogan" of the group supporting the amendment is "One Man, One Woman" -- I think they should change it to "One Man, One Woman; Rinse and Repeat."
